Serge Cadeus has spent 15 years operating at the highest levels of the security profession — including executive protection assignments for high-profile celebrities and executives whose safety demanded absolute precision, discretion, and command of the unexpected. As Founder and CEO, Cadeus leads ESE’s security consulting and protective operations with the same standard he was trained to deliver as an operator — composure under pressure, relentless preparation, and zero tolerance for error. A New York native and longtime South Florida resident, he brings a rare convergence of field-tested instinct and executive command, in all his expressions in combat sport and in the protective work itself.
Beyond the operational side of the business, Cadeus has long championed youth development and adolescent mental health, working alongside community organizations and pursuing new partnerships in mental health and youth wellness across South Florida. That commitment affirms a conviction he carries into ESE today: the most consequential investment a security firm can make is not in equipment or contracts, but in the young people who will one day determine the safety and character of our communities.
